It could be called play or hair.....

I love his little curled up baby toes!
Oh you should see his hair now! It's like the child has taken some sort of Nazarite vow- it's been over six months since his last hair cut! But I guess the curls are too wonderful to press him to get it cut. Let the child have his fun.
